Our services are available by appointment only, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant changes to our service offerings.

Service availability may be affected by weather conditions, equipment maintenance, staff availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to reschedule appointments when necessary.

3. Booking and Appointment Policy

Customers must inform us of any existing damage to the vehicle before service begins. We will document the vehicle's condition upon arrival and note any pre-existing issues. This helps protect both parties and ensures clear communication about the vehicle's state.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in safe operating condition for our staff to work on. This includes proper parking, accessible doors and compartments, and safe access to all areas that need cleaning.

We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any service issues promptly. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Our service guarantees are limited to the specific services performed and do not cover damage to vehicles that was present before service or damage caused by normal wear and tear. We use professional-grade products and techniques, but results may vary based on vehicle condition and age.

We are not responsible for damage to vehicles that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, customer negligence, or factors beyond our control. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our operations and will handle any legitimate claims professionally.
